I love how she really takes her time with you, asking plenty of questions and running all the necessary tests to get to the root of what’s making you feel unwell.
But Dr. Goedeke’s expertise goes beyond women’s health—she’s also highly knowledgeable about digestive problems, autoimmune diseases, and chronic inflammation.
Moreover, she’s a strong advocate of the keto diet for these conditions. This diet is low in carbs and high in healthy fats.
What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t just hand you a diet plan and send you on your way. She takes the time to explain why certain foods benefit your body and how to incorporate them into your daily routine.
She also ensures that you stick to a healthy diet so you’re never left feeling starved.
The only downside is that her in-person appointments fill up fast because she’s only available on-site on Saturdays.

She also offers telehealth appointments for added convenience. However, she currently doesn’t provide in-person consultations.
Despite this, many have benefited from Hannah’s expertise in managing conditions like endometriosis and PCOS. I appreciate how her nutritional guidance helps alleviate symptoms and improve overall well-being.
I also value how skilled she is in addressing specific eating patterns. With her support, many have successfully overcome binge eating and emotional eating.
